Virtual Recess – Let’s Go Camping!

Join us for a fun and engaging Virtual Recess!  Leave your troubles at the (virtual) door and step away for an hour of much needed fun, laughter and connection with fun activities and challenges. Your body and spirit will thank you, we all need to take breaks so we can re-set our systems.  Self-kindness at it’s finest!

The theme this week is CAMP.  It’s officially summer so let’s have a virtual camp experience – think s’mores, campfires and skits!
